BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING THROUGH THE SITE (DEFINED BELOW), YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.


Orders

Michael Zwack Photography retains the right to choose, or decline any order.

Upon receiving an order, you will be sent a confirmation email with your order number and details of the product(s) ordered; A contract of sale will not be official until you have received an order confirmation email.

All prices posted on this site are subject to change without notice.

Posted prices do not include taxes, customs fees, or charges for shipping and handling fees for products shipped outside the continental United States.

We will arrange for shipment of the product(s). When applicable, you will pay all shipping and handling charges and taxes as specified during the ordering process.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed; We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to purchaser upon our transfer of the product(s) to the carrier.

All sales of Products and Services are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable unless otherwise arranged with Michael Zwack Photography or stated below

RETURNS (When Applicable)

To be eligible for a return, please contact us immediately and a member of our staff will determine eligibility of the return. Product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We limit all eligibility of return to 15 days of delivery of product when applicable.

Do not return any product without first contacting the studio and receiving express authority of a return. If shipping arrangements are made without our consent, you bear the risk of loss during shipment.

Unless otherwise arranged, usually in the case of transit damages, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-refundable items include:

* Limited Edition Fine Art Prints

* Framed Prints

* International Sales

* Gift Cards

* Downloadable software products

* Personal Services including, but not limited to: One-on-One Coaching Sessions, Mentorship Programs, Consultations, Commissions & Portfolio Reviews.

Refundable items include:

* Undamaged Books/Publications

* Open Edition Prints

DAMAGES

If you receive a product in a damaged condition, you may submit a claim within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting the gallery. After seven (7) days, we shall not accept claims for damage.

Follow these instructions to submit a damage claim:

  • Examine the outside of the box or shipping container and note any visible damage

  • If damaged, take pictures of the damaged area(s) and the entire outside of the box or container prior to opening it

  • Open the package and examine its contents for any additional damages

  • If the product is damaged, take clear and complete pictures of all damaged areas of the product and the entire product

  • Submit all photos and other evidence of damage to Zwack.M@gmail.com and include “Damage” as the subject along with your order number

  • We will attempt to resolve the issue, by submitting a damage claim to the applicable shipping carrier; however, at all times, we shall have full discretion to provide a refund, replace the product, credit your account, or provide any other or no remedy that we deem appropriate.

Refunds (when applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again; then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

As Limited Edition Fine Art Products are exclusive by nature, we offer few exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us, so we can discuss the claim.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In the case of Limited Edition Fine Art Prints, (and when applicable) you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not guarantee refunds in case of damages.
